Littleover Dazzlers is pleased to announce the launch of a fantasy football league for the 2009/2010 Premier League season.
Using the official online fantasy league of the Premier League (http://fantasy.premierleague.com) we will be creating a Littleover Dazzlers League that hopeful managers will be able to join and battle it out against other players, parents and managers.
The cost of entry will be an initial £10 fee which must be paid before the start of the new premiership season. Payment can either be by cash or cheque, with all cheques made payable to Littleover Dazzlers FC with your name and contact details along with 'Fantasy football league' written on the back.
We will be officially launching and collecting money at the Presentation Evening for those wanting to register. The league will be available from July and all hopeful managers will be contacted with the website details and league pin details which will be needed to join the league and be eligible for the manager of the month competition.
Each month there will be a Manager of the Month award for the Manager who has accumulated the most points for that month, this will be a cash prize. The Manager of the Month for each league is calculated and maintained as part of the website, and thus the decision of the website is final.
There will be no limit to the number of teams you wish to enter but each team will require a £10 entry fee. The league created by Littleover Dazzlers will only be open to those who have paid the joining fee, anyone that joins the league without paying is not eligible to win the Manager of the Month competition.
Once all entries are submitted we will calculate the prize winnings for each month, the basis for this will be half all of all takings will be used to pay prize money equally over the 10 months of the competition. Therefore the more players that enter the league means there is more money to win, so get as many friends and family to join in. Winners will be notified within 48 hours. The remaining takings will be used to pay for new kit for next season.
Rules and conditions for building your dream team will be as per website rules, i.e. each manager has £100 Million to spend on their team, which must consist of 2 Goalkeepers, 5 Defenders, 5 Midfielders and 3 Strikers.
You are able to register at the Presentation Evening to join the Littleover Dazzlers fantasy football league however you can also LittleoverDazzlersFC@hotmail.co.uk with your name and contact details including email address. You will then be contacted to arrange payment details. Entries must be received by 12 midnight on the day prior to the start of the premiership season to count.
