First Half
This was the boys’ first game in almost a month and the nerves were present from the start with Redwood having the best of the early chances but for a few good saves from Harry Wollard in the dazzlers’ goal making his second appearance since signing. As the half grew dazzlers started to gain more momentum going forward but were reduced to long range efforts. Then finally the breakthrough came around ¾ of the way through the first half. A well placed strike from Balraj Sidhu gave dazzlers a 1-0 lead which the managed to hold onto until half time.

Second Half

The second half was much more lively from the start with dazzlers with both Lee Dolan, Liam Bull and Ahmed Amer introduced. Lee gave dazzlers a different approach going forward which the Redwood defenders struggled to deal with time after time. With the score still at 1-0 the pressure started to grow on the dazzlers back line. However both Josh Holland and Ahmed Amer at the back kept the Redwood threat at bay. Liam Bull and Balraj Sidhu linked up well on the left to slot the ball through to Lee Dolan whose quick feet forced the Redwood defender to lunge in dangerously in their own area leaving the referee no choice but to award a penalty. Isaac Wetton smashed it home to make it 2-0 to Dazzlers. With a much more comfortable lead Dazzlers began to play some good football all across the field. Quick footwork from Josh Holland at the back allowed him to slot a ball through to Balraj Sidhu who whipped in a teasing cross half cleared by the Redwood defence and the on running Callum Frawley rocketed home a top corner strike to make in 3-0 to Dazzlers. Final score Dazzlers 3- 0 Redwood

Balraj Sidhu- Began the game on the left side of midfield, scored a fantastic goal, and constant vision and awareness of other made him the man of the match
